  Ordered from HitchFire and it was fine, just not remarkable. Nothing that would stop me ordering again.

  Ordered late on a Sunday night and it still shipped Monday. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. Box was a bit oversized but everything inside was protected.

  I have ordered from a lot of sites and this was one of the weaker ones. Arrived well outside the delivery window with no apology. The returns address they gave was wrong.

  “Will be back”
  Third order with HitchFire this year, so that probably tells you enough. The quality is noticeably better than the photos suggested. It came with the right adapter for my region. No complaints from me.
