  “Exactly what I needed”
  Been using Hit Products on and off since last winter. They kept me updated when a stock issue came up. Value for money is the main reason I keep coming back. Sizing was accurate, I went with my usual and it fits. The manual was clear enough to get going quickly.

  “More hassle than it was worth”
  They refused a return despite the item being faulty. Sizing is completely off, nowhere near the chart on the site. The saving was not worth the problems that followed. Customs charges I was not warned about at checkout.
