  Response time was quick both times I contacted them. Value for money is the main reason I keep coming back. Packaging is sealed properly and clearly labelled.

  “Better than expected”
  Honestly did not expect much at this price point, but Honed surprised me. Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. Texture is light and absorbs quickly. Nothing I would change about the experience.

  First time buyer and I'd happily order again. Finish is clean, no rough edges or loose threads. Prices are fair and there were no surprise fees at checkout. They answered a fairly technical question clearly. Started noticing a difference after about three weeks.
