  My sister recommended Hoopster.Ch and I finally gave it a try last month. They answered a fairly technical question clearly. A rare online order where nothing went wrong.

  Placed a fairly big order with Hoopster.Ch and everything arrived exactly as listed. Slightly more expensive than a marketplace, but I trust it more. Everything about it feels considered rather than mass produced. No issues at all with customs, which I was worried about.

  “More hassle than it was worth”
  It shipped a full week after they said it would. Prices went up between me adding to basket and checking out. The colour is nothing like what was advertised. No phone number and the contact form kept erroring.

  “Everything went right”
  One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. Cheap enough that I ordered a spare. Shipping took three days, which is quicker than the estimate they gave. Grip is solid even when things get sweaty.
