  “Reliable and quick”
  I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. The person I spoke to knew the product properly. Support was reachable while I was actually travelling. Happy customer, will return.

  “Frustrating from the start”
  Quality is well below what the photos suggest. No phone number and the contact form kept erroring. Refund came back short of what I paid. Not going back.

  “Fast delivery, good product”
  Ordered late on a Sunday night and it still shipped Monday. Cheap enough that I ordered a spare. Genuinely impressed with the attention to detail. Everything matched what was shown at the time of booking.

  Helpful without being pushy about upselling. Second one I've bought and the quality is the same as the first. For the price I honestly cannot complain. Booking was straightforward and confirmation came instantly. I'll be back next time I need something similar.
