  “Easy recommendation”
  Was a bit unsure about ordering, but Hotel DE turned out to be completely legit. Response time was quick both times I contacted them. Works exactly as advertised with no learning curve. Not the cheapest option out there, but worth what I paid. Support was reachable while I was actually travelling.

  Started with one small item to test them out, then ordered properly. For the price I honestly cannot complain. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. Cancellation terms were clear before I paid.

  “Okay overall”
  Half of my order was great and half was underwhelming. The discount code helped, otherwise it would have been steep. The first reply was a template, the second one was actually useful.

  I read some reviews before ordering and they matched my experience. Helpful without being pushy about upselling. It does the job well and I have not had to think about it since. Everything matched what was shown at the time of booking. Genuinely pleased with the whole thing.
