  Would think twice before ordering from here again. The listing photos are clearly of a different product. Refund was promised and then went quiet for a month.

  They run sales often enough that it is worth waiting for one. Helpful without being pushy about upselling. Looks smart and does not feel like a budget product. Performance has been stable since day one.

  “Pleasantly surprised”
  Honestly did not expect much at this price point, but Hydrow surprised me. Well wrapped, nothing rattling around inside. Returns were painless and the refund came through in a few days. Performance has been stable since day one. No complaints from me.

  Good price, though the extra fees at checkout were unexpected. Customer service was polite but not especially helpful. No dispatch email, I only knew because tracking updated. Fine, but I would compare prices first next time.
