    “Not what I expected”
    Paid a premium for delivery that was still late. Not what I ordered, a similar but cheaper version.

    “Pleasantly surprised”
    The whole process from browsing to delivery took less than a week. With the discount code it worked out cheaper than anywhere else I checked. No issues at all with customs, which I was worried about. A little goes a long way so the bottle should last.

    Ordered from iBeautyneed for the first time and it went better than I expected. The specs on the listing were accurate down to the measurements. Started noticing a difference after about three weeks.
