  “Not bad, not great”
  One item was great, the other was mediocre. Customer service was polite but not especially helpful. Arrived within the outer estimate but nowhere near the inner one. A little goes a long way so the bottle should last. I will probably shop around next time.

  “Pleasantly surprised”
  Ordered late on a Sunday night and it still shipped Monday. Support was polite and did not make me chase them. Their clearance section is worth checking before you buy full price. Shipped from a local warehouse so it got here quickly. Expiry date was well over a year away.

  “Glad I ordered”
  Box was a bit oversized but everything inside was protected. Comfortable straight out of the box, no breaking in needed. They run sales often enough that it is worth waiting for one. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. Expiry date was well over a year away.
