  The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. Courier left it with a neighbour and notified me straight away. They answered a fairly technical question clearly. Their bundle deal made it worth buying two instead of one. Grip is solid even when things get sweaty.

  “Not as described”
  Got copy-paste replies that did not address the problem. The listing photos are clearly of a different product. Customs charges I was not warned about at checkout. Sticking to other sites from now on.

  “Would compare first next time”
  Customer service was polite but not especially helpful. Good price, though the extra fees at checkout were unexpected. Sizing runs slightly small, worth ordering up. I would use them again for something small.

  “Good price, good service”
  First time buyer and I'd happily order again. The total at checkout matched what I expected, no hidden extras. Adjustment straps are secure and easy to set. I have already recommended them to two people.
