  “Exactly what I needed”
  Warranty claim went through with no drama. No issues at all with customs, which I was worried about. Value for money is the main reason I keep coming back. Dishwasher safe as claimed, no discolouring so far.

  “Poor experience”
  First and probably last order here. Customer service blamed the courier and left it there. Started falling apart after light use.
