  “Everything went right”
  Started with one small item to test them out, then ordered properly. Tracking worked properly, which is more than I can say for some shops. Their returns portal is simple and worked first time.

  Ordered from IMILAB and it was fine, just not remarkable. Description left out a couple of details I would have liked to know. Took nearly two weeks, which was longer than advertised. An average experience, honestly.

  “Does exactly what it says”
  They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault. Materials feel sturdy and nothing seems cheaply put together. Cheaper than the same item on two other sites I compared. Solid experience overall.

  “Pleasantly surprised”
  They had the exact model I needed when nowhere else did. No hassle at all when I needed to exchange something. Packaging was minimal but nothing was damaged. Compatible with everything I needed it to work with.
