Got a text the morning of delivery so I could be home for it. Worked out about half of what I would have paid locally. It matches the product photos, which honestly is rare these days. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Build feels solid rather than plasticky.

Mixed feelings about IMONTEK, though nothing went badly wrong. The colour is a shade off from what was shown online. Delivery was slow but the tracking at least worked. Had to chase twice before anyone got back to me. Build feels solid rather than plasticky.
