  The discount applied without any trouble at checkout. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. Colour has not faded after several washes.

  “Slower than expected”
  Fine for a one-off purchase, not sure about regular use. Good price, though the extra fees at checkout were unexpected. Packaging was thin and one corner of the box was crushed. They sorted it in the end, which is what matters. Returns for a different size were straightforward.

  Signed up for the newsletter, waited for a sale, and got a genuinely good deal. They answered a fairly technical question clearly. Nothing I would change about the experience.

  Been using Incerunmen on and off since last winter. Delivery took five days and I was kept informed throughout. Better made than something I paid twice as much for elsewhere.

  I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. No sneaky currency conversion charge, which I appreciated. The fit is true to the size guide, which is unusual for online clothing. Would tell a friend to try them.
