  Shipping cost almost as much as the item. Delivery was delayed twice without anyone telling me. Live chat disconnected every time I raised an issue. Learned my lesson on this one.

  Delivery took five days and I was kept informed throughout. With the discount code it worked out cheaper than anywhere else I checked. Exactly as described, no surprises when I opened it.

  I read some reviews before ordering and they matched my experience. Been using it daily for a month and it still looks new. Cheaper than the same item on two other sites I compared. Support was polite and did not make me chase them. Nice finish on the seams, feels well made.

  It matches the product photos, which honestly is rare these days. Dispatched the same day I ordered. Returns for a different size were straightforward.
