    No defects, no missing parts, everything accounted for. They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault. Genuinely pleased with the whole thing.

    Feels premium for what it cost. With the discount code it worked out cheaper than anywhere else I checked. Weight feels right, not hollow or tinny.

    Bought two items and was happy enough to order a third a week later. Sorted a billing mix-up the same day I reported it. The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around. No defects, no missing parts, everything accounted for. The clasp is secure and easy to fasten one handed.
