Took a chance on a brand I had never heard of and it paid off. Comfortable straight out of the box, no breaking in needed.

No sneaky currency conversion charge, which I appreciated. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around. Second one I've bought and the quality is the same as the first. Age guidance on the box was about right.
