  “Not quite what I hoped”
  Refund came through, though it took longer than stated. Delivery was slow but the tracking at least worked. The code worked but only on part of my basket. I would use them again for something small.

  “Happy with this one”
  Bought two items and was happy enough to order a third a week later. Order confirmation and dispatch email both arrived within the hour. Good value, especially compared to the high street. Fabric feels good and it has survived a few washes without shrinking.

  Arrived faster than the big marketplaces usually manage. No hassle at all when I needed to exchange something. Works exactly as advertised with no learning curve. Colour has not faded after several washes.

  “Quality is there”
  Ordering was straightforward even from outside the country. Value for money is the main reason I keep coming back. Will be ordering again before the end of the year.

  The whole process from browsing to delivery took less than a week. Their returns portal is simple and worked first time. For the price I honestly cannot complain. Sizing chart was accurate down to the measurements. Happy customer, will return.
