  Their returns portal is simple and worked first time. Genuinely impressed with the attention to detail. Setup took about ten minutes and the app connected first time. Would happily spend money here again.

  It arrived with a visible defect straight out of the box. Live chat disconnected every time I raised an issue. Delivery was delayed twice without anyone telling me.

  Ordered from Itehil for the first time and it went better than I expected. Everything about it feels considered rather than mass produced. Runs cool and quiet, which I was worried about. No complaints from me.

  I've been buying from Itehil for about two years now and they have not let me down yet. Easy to reach and no automated runaround. Got roughly thirty percent off and it still arrived quickly. Setup took about ten minutes and the app connected first time. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.
