  “Repeat customer now”
  Ordering was straightforward even from outside the country. No defects, no missing parts, everything accounted for. Delivery took five days and I was kept informed throughout. The scent is subtle rather than overpowering.

  Easy to reach and no automated runaround. Everything about it feels considered rather than mass produced. Packaging is sealed properly and clearly labelled.

  “Happy with this one”
  Honestly did not expect much at this price point, but Jack & Jesters surprised me. Started noticing a difference after about three weeks. Glad I took the chance on them.

  “Slower than expected”
  There is a bit of a smell out of the box that fades. Packaging was thin and one corner of the box was crushed.

  “Mixed feelings”
  Nothing wrong with it, it just did not impress me. Took nearly two weeks, which was longer than advertised. Slightly overpriced for what you actually get. Returns process works but the form is confusing. Packaging is sealed properly and clearly labelled.
