  “Does exactly what it says”
  Ordered late on a Sunday night and it still shipped Monday. Sizing was accurate, I went with my usual and it fits. Their returns portal is simple and worked first time. Will be ordering again before the end of the year.

  I do most of my shopping online and this was one of the easier orders. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. Will be ordering again before the end of the year.

  Fine for the price, though I would not pay more for it. The FAQ answered more than their support did. Arrived within the outer estimate but nowhere near the inner one. Performance has been stable since day one. Would suggest reading the details carefully before ordering.

  Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. Well wrapped, nothing rattling around inside. The discount applied without any trouble at checkout. Colours are true to what was shown on the site. Runs cool and quiet, which I was worried about.

  “Frustrating from the start”
  Sale price was barely different from the normal price. Had to open a dispute with my bank in the end. Two stars only because it eventually arrived.
