  “Better than expected”
I emailed with a question and got a proper answer within a few hours. Shipped from a local warehouse so it got here quickly.

I have ordered from a lot of sites and this was one of the weaker ones. Sizing is completely off, nowhere near the chart on the site.

  “Pleasantly surprised”
My sister recommended John Dog and I finally gave it a try last month. No issues at all with customs, which I was worried about. Easy to reach and no automated runaround. Easy to clean, which matters more than anything.

  “Solid from start to finish”
I've been buying from John Dog for about two years now and they have not let me down yet. Colours are true to what was shown on the site. Shipping was free over a certain amount, which pushed me to add one more item. My dog took to it straight away, which never happens.
