  Quality is well below what the photos suggest. Cheaper and better on three other sites. Support hours are very limited and not stated clearly.

  They replied on a weekend, which I did not expect. Exactly as described, no surprises when I opened it. Setup was documented well enough to do it myself. Overall a very smooth experience.

  Worked out about half of what I would have paid locally. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. Quality is consistent across both items I ordered.
