“Pleasantly surprised”

Warranty claim went through with no drama. Cheaper than the same item on two other sites I compared. Material is breathable and comfortable for all day wear. I'll be back next time I need something similar.

“Long wait, poor result”

Live chat disconnected every time I raised an issue. Started falling apart after light use. Wrong address on the label despite entering it correctly. Shipping cost almost as much as the item.
