    “Mixed feelings”
    Middle of the road experience for me. Support replied, but it took three days. I will probably shop around next time.

    Was a bit unsure about ordering, but JULIA HAIR turned out to be completely legit. Nothing flimsy about it, which was my main worry. Slightly more expensive than a marketplace, but I trust it more. The scent is subtle rather than overpowering. Nothing I would change about the experience.

    Bought two items and was happy enough to order a third a week later. Better made than something I paid twice as much for elsewhere. No irritation on sensitive skin, which is my usual problem. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.

    Had to chase twice before anyone got back to me. Okay experience, three stars feels about right.
