One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. Comfortable straight out of the box, no breaking in needed. Runs cool and quiet, which I was worried about.

“Disappointing”

Left me having to sort out problems that should not have existed. One part was already broken when I unpacked it. Extra handling fee appeared at the last step.

Been using Kakto.pl on and off since last winter. Everything was sealed properly and clearly labelled. Second one I've bought and the quality is the same as the first. The manual was clear enough to get going quickly. Would tell a friend to try them.
