  Shipping took three days, which is quicker than the estimate they gave. Paid less than I budgeted for, which never happens. Third party test results were available when I asked. Overall a very smooth experience.

  Regret using them for something I actually needed on time. Not what I ordered, a similar but cheaper version. Courier choice was poor and there was no option to change it. Had to open a dispute with my bank in the end.

  Had to change my delivery address and they sorted it straight away. Arrived faster than the big marketplaces usually manage. Comfortably recommend them.
