Returns were painless and the refund came through in a few days. Not the cheapest option out there, but worth what I paid. Shipping took three days, which is quicker than the estimate they gave. Build feels solid rather than plasticky. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.

    “Nice surprise”
Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Price was competitive and the quality justified it. Build feels solid rather than plasticky. Would happily spend money here again.

I had high hopes for KaTom but it did not work out. Felt overpriced once I saw the actual quality. Disappointed is the honest summary.
