  “Mixed feelings”
  Value is okay once you factor in the delivery cost. Feels a bit lighter and cheaper in hand than expected. They answered the question I asked but not the one I meant. Reasonable, if unspectacular.

  “Everything went right”
  I've been buying from KAWA for about two years now and they have not let me down yet. I emailed with a question and got a proper answer within a few hours. Will be ordering again before the end of the year.

  “More hassle than it was worth”
  Left me having to sort out problems that should not have existed. They refused a return despite the item being faulty. I will be shopping elsewhere.

  “Nice surprise”
  Ordering was straightforward even from outside the country. It came with the right adapter for my region. Definitely worth a look if you are comparing options.
