    Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. It does the job well and I have not had to think about it since. The discount applied without any trouble at checkout.

    “Quick and painless”
    Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. No defects, no missing parts, everything accounted for. Free shipping threshold is low enough to actually be useful. The scent is subtle rather than overpowering.

    It did the job, but I was expecting a bit more. Returns process works but the form is confusing. Nothing that would stop me ordering again.
