  “Nice surprise”
  Worked out about half of what I would have paid locally. They shipped in two parcels and both arrived on the same day. Battery life is roughly what the specs promised.

  “Slower than expected”
  The saving was smaller than the banner suggested. Customer service was polite but not especially helpful. Runs cool and quiet, which I was worried about. Might order again, might not.

  “Poor experience”
  Left me having to sort out problems that should not have existed. Two stars only because it eventually arrived.

  “Fine with caveats”
  Half of my order was great and half was underwhelming. It works, though the finish is a little rough in places. Room for improvement but no real complaints.

  “Great value for money”
  Comfortable straight out of the box, no breaking in needed. Setup took about ten minutes and the app connected first time. Would order from here again without hesitating.
