  “Would not order again”
  Not worth the hassle for the small saving. Stopped working properly after a couple of weeks. Felt overpriced once I saw the actual quality.

  Ordered from Kerastase for the first time and it went better than I expected. The person I spoke to knew the product properly. Nothing I would change about the experience.

  “Better than expected”
  Used Kerastase twice now and both experiences were smooth. Value for money is the main reason I keep coming back. Sizing was accurate, I went with my usual and it fits. The scent is subtle rather than overpowering.

  “Repeat customer now”
  They followed up after delivery to check everything was fine. Paid less than I budgeted for, which never happens. Packaging is sealed properly and clearly labelled. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.
