  “Second order, same quality”
  Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Shipping took three days, which is quicker than the estimate they gave. The scent is subtle rather than overpowering. Happy customer, will return.

  “Poor experience”
  Took so long I had already bought the same thing elsewhere. Had to open a dispute with my bank in the end. Shipping cost almost as much as the item. Not worth the risk in my opinion.

  I compared four different sites before settling on this one. No issues at all with customs, which I was worried about. No sneaky currency conversion charge, which I appreciated. No irritation on sensitive skin, which is my usual problem.

  Found this store through a friend and I'm glad I did. The person I spoke to knew the product properly. It does the job well and I have not had to think about it since. Courier left it with a neighbour and notified me straight away. Texture is light and absorbs quickly.

  Started with one small item to test them out, then ordered properly. Cheaper than the same item on two other sites I compared. Courier left it with a neighbour and notified me straight away. Will be ordering again before the end of the year.
