  Ordered from Kimera Koffee for the first time and it went better than I expected. Free shipping threshold is low enough to actually be useful. Colours are true to what was shown on the site. Shipping cost was reasonable and clearly shown before checkout.

  Taste is close to what I would buy in a shop. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.

  “Quick and painless”
  Paid less than I budgeted for, which never happens. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. Shipping took three days, which is quicker than the estimate they gave. Nothing I would change about the experience.

  Second order from Kimera Koffee and it was less smooth than the first. The code worked but only on part of my basket. No dispatch email, I only knew because tracking updated. Nothing was crushed despite the long journey.
