  Warranty claim went through with no drama. Shipping took three days, which is quicker than the estimate they gave. Taste is close to what I would buy in a shop. They have earned a spot in my bookmarks.

  “Fast delivery, good product”
  First time buyer and I'd happily order again. Delivery was on time and I got tracking updates the whole way. Easy to reach and no automated runaround. Worked out about half of what I would have paid locally.

  Been using it daily for a month and it still looks new. Helpful without being pushy about upselling. Cheap enough that I ordered a spare. No issues at all with customs, which I was worried about. Taste is close to what I would buy in a shop.
