Third order with Koala this year, so that probably tells you enough. The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown. They upgraded my shipping for free because of a small delay. Would order from here again without hesitating.

Found this store through a friend and I'm glad I did. They upgraded my shipping for free because of a small delay. Build feels solid rather than plasticky. They have earned a spot in my bookmarks.
