    “Arrived fast and well packed”
    Cheap enough that I ordered a spare. No irritation on sensitive skin, which is my usual problem. Nothing I would change about the experience.

    Shipping cost was reasonable and clearly shown before checkout. Finish is clean, no rough edges or loose threads. Their returns portal is simple and worked first time.

    They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault. The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown. Shipping cost was reasonable and clearly shown before checkout. Photos on the site do not really do it justice. Expiry date was well over a year away.
