    “Easy recommendation”
    Took a chance on a brand I had never heard of and it paid off. Nothing flimsy about it, which was my main worry. Comes in a proper box, so it works as a gift. I'll be back next time I need something similar.

    “Worth the money”
    I emailed with a question and got a proper answer within a few hours. Not the cheapest option out there, but worth what I paid. Glad I took the chance on them.

    Disappointing experience with Kosiner Jewelry, unfortunately. The listing photos are clearly of a different product. They marked it as delivered before it actually turned up. Not worth the money for what turned up.

    “More hassle than it was worth”
    The parcel arrived damaged and clearly badly packed. Not worth the money for what turned up. Customer service blamed the courier and left it there.

    They had the exact model I needed when nowhere else did. The stones are set neatly with no gaps. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.
