  Got a text the morning of delivery so I could be home for it. Finish is clean, no rough edges or loose threads. Sorted a billing mix-up the same day I reported it. Sturdy once assembled, no wobble at all. Definitely worth a look if you are comparing options.

  “Would not order again”
  Refund came back short of what I paid. Response was rude, which sealed it for me. Would only consider them again if a lot changed.

  Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Free shipping threshold is low enough to actually be useful. Comfortable straight out of the box, no breaking in needed. Dimensions matched the listing exactly, which mattered for the space.
