  “Worth the money”
  I do most of my shopping online and this was one of the easier orders. Nothing flimsy about it, which was my main worry. Noticeably better than the part it replaced. No complaints from me.

  Their returns portal is simple and worked first time. Shipping cost was reasonable and clearly shown before checkout. The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. Wiring was long enough to reach without an extension. Comfortably recommend them.

  “Would not order again”
  Live chat disconnected every time I raised an issue. The colour is nothing like what was advertised. Charged in a different currency with a poor rate. Left me out of pocket and out of patience.

  Ended up buying more than I planned, which is a good sign. Delivery took five days and I was kept informed throughout. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. Came with all the clips and screws needed.

  “More hassle than it was worth”
  Ended up cancelling half the order. Had to open a dispute with my bank in the end. Disappointed is the honest summary.
