    “Everything went right”
    Warranty claim went through with no drama. Tracking worked properly, which is more than I can say for some shops. No discolouring on my skin after a fortnight of wear. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.

    “Decent but not perfect”
    Second order from Lane Woods and it was less smooth than the first. Cheaper options exist but with worse delivery. No discolouring on my skin after a fortnight of wear. Neither impressed nor disappointed.

    Signed up for the newsletter, waited for a sale, and got a genuinely good deal. Their returns portal is simple and worked first time. The stones are set neatly with no gaps.
