  “Pleasantly surprised”
  Courier left it with a neighbour and notified me straight away. They run sales often enough that it is worth waiting for one. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. Firmware updated without any problems.

  “Smooth experience”
  Placed a fairly big order with Lasfit and everything arrived exactly as listed. Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. Sizing was accurate, I went with my usual and it fits. Already planning my next order.
