  I read some reviews before ordering and they matched my experience. No defects, no missing parts, everything accounted for. Order confirmation and dispatch email both arrived within the hour. The stones are set neatly with no gaps. Not much more you can ask for really.

  Ordered late on a Sunday night and it still shipped Monday. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. Good value, especially compared to the high street. The clasp is secure and easy to fasten one handed. Overall a very smooth experience.

  Mixed feelings about Latelier d' Azur, though nothing went badly wrong. Arrived within the outer estimate but nowhere near the inner one. Room for improvement but no real complaints.
