  “Fine with caveats”
  Average build, about what I would expect at this price. No response to my first email, the second one got through. The code worked but only on part of my basket. The sole has held up well on rough ground.

  “Pleasantly surprised”
  Bought a gift here in a bit of a rush and it worked out perfectly. The quality is noticeably better than the photos suggested. Slightly narrow, so worth sizing up if you have wide feet. Exactly what I hoped for.

  “Okay overall”
  It did the job, but I was expecting a bit more. Fine value, nothing that made me feel clever about the purchase. The first reply was a template, the second one was actually useful. Neither impressed nor disappointed.

  Third order with Loja Padel Point this year, so that probably tells you enough. Not the cheapest option out there, but worth what I paid. Slightly narrow, so worth sizing up if you have wide feet.

  Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. For the price I honestly cannot complain. Helpful without being pushy about upselling.
