  My sister recommended Lojas Certel and I finally gave it a try last month. For the price I honestly cannot complain. Sizing was accurate, I went with my usual and it fits. The manual was clear enough to get going quickly. Sticking with them for future orders.

  “Poor experience”
  Charged in a different currency with a poor rate. Feels cheap and flimsy, nothing like the description. Cannot recommend based on this experience.

  No hassle at all when I needed to exchange something. Arrived faster than the big marketplaces usually manage. Comfortable straight out of the box, no breaking in needed.

  “Everything went right”
  Shipping was free over a certain amount, which pushed me to add one more item. Worked out about half of what I would have paid locally. Setup took about ten minutes and the app connected first time.

  “Smooth experience”
  They replied on a weekend, which I did not expect. The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around. Reasonable pricing and they are upfront about shipping costs. Performance has been stable since day one. I'll be back next time I need something similar.
