  Price was competitive and the quality justified it. Materials feel sturdy and nothing seems cheaply put together. No issues at all with customs, which I was worried about. Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it.

  They had the exact model I needed when nowhere else did. Helpful without being pushy about upselling. Shipped from a local warehouse so it got here quickly. Everything was labelled so the build was straightforward. Happy customer, will return.
