  I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. Slightly more expensive than a marketplace, but I trust it more. Quality is consistent across both items I ordered. Assembly took under an hour with the included tools.

  Decent enough, but there is room for improvement. Shipping was the weakest part of the whole thing. Not my first choice, but not off the list either.

  Bought two items and was happy enough to order a third a week later. Been using it daily for a month and it still looks new. Assembly took under an hour with the included tools.

  They sorted it in the end, which is what matters. Slight defect on the stitching, not enough to return it. Delivery window was vague and I ended up waiting in. It looks good in the room and matches the photos. I will probably shop around next time.
