  Had to change my delivery address and they sorted it straight away. Comfortable straight out of the box, no breaking in needed. The discount applied without any trouble at checkout. Capsules are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. Definitely worth a look if you are comparing options.

  “Quality is lacking”
  Left me having to sort out problems that should not have existed. Support hours are very limited and not stated clearly. Extra handling fee appeared at the last step. Sticking to other sites from now on.

  “Better than expected”
  The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. Shipping took three days, which is quicker than the estimate they gave. The person I spoke to knew the product properly. Sealed properly with tamper evidence intact. Exactly what I hoped for.

  “Would not order again”
  Live chat disconnected every time I raised an issue. Advertised as free shipping but only above an amount they hide well. Poorly made and not fit for what it is sold for.
