  “Arrived fast and well packed”
  Was a bit unsure about ordering, but Luc Otto turned out to be completely legit. Delivery was on time and I got tracking updates the whole way. Not much more you can ask for really.

  Been meaning to leave feedback for a while because the last order went so well. Ingredients list matched what was shown online. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.

  “Second order, same quality”
  Ordered from Luc Otto for the first time and it went better than I expected. The scent is subtle rather than overpowering.

  “Average experience”
  Sizing runs slightly small, worth ordering up. Good price, though the extra fees at checkout were unexpected. The first reply was a template, the second one was actually useful. Texture is light and absorbs quickly. Fine for what it was.

  “Some good, some bad”
  Started well and then went a bit quiet in the middle. About right for the market, no bargain though. No dispatch email, I only knew because tracking updated. Had to chase twice before anyone got back to me. Expiry date was well over a year away.
