  “Good price, good service”
Ordering was straightforward even from outside the country. No sneaky currency conversion charge, which I appreciated. Weight feels right, not hollow or tinny. Already planning my next order.

  “Room for improvement”
I wanted to like Lulu Frost more than I did. One item was great, the other was mediocre. Dispatch took three days before it even moved. The stones are set neatly with no gaps.
